Day visitors are permitted, but not for parties
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required with your booking, full balance is payable 28 days before your stay begins, and is non refundable.
If you need to cancel within the 28 days prior to your stay we will try to resell your dates, if successful you may receive a refund at our discretion less an admin fee.
A £100 security deposit is also required with the full balance and is refunded 5-10 business days after stay.
(We reserve the right to charge to your payment card an appropriate amount for damage or loss where reasonable care has not been taken whilst staying on Olive)
